Sportzwear.com 16 day Money Back Guarantee (revised 1st June 2007)
Sportzwear.com will refund monies paid for your goods under the following circumstances -
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all retail purchases - wholesale purchases are not covered by these regulations. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of underwear where the item has been removed from the packaging or for towels/bed linen where the item has been used, or for any item where the swing tags have been removed.
To cancel this contract, please call 01625 858582 (9am to 4pm Monday to Friday) for a returns authorisation number (RAN) within 7 working days of delivery
Please package the relevant item securely in the original packing and send it to us with the returns slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the issue of the RAN - it is part of your contract of sale that you will package and send the item to us

We will advise you when you call as to the recommended method of return delivery
Where indicated, purchases made via the Sportzwear website or by phone will have the cost of return postage refunded via a discount voucher up to the value of the cost of 2nd class 'Signed for' delivery. (N.B. This does not apply to auction or other indirect purchase methods)
If we do not receive the item back from you with the returns slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you would not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing, and gift wrapping). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
After the statutory period ends, if the goods you receive is faulty in any respect, or shipped by us in error, provided that an RAN is issued within 16 calendar days of the dispatch date specified on the e-mail invoice sent to you, and the goods are received by us within 7 working days of the issue of the RAN, we will refund the monies you have paid for the item. This is in addition to your statutory rights as defined by the UK Distance Selling Regulations - please note that the terms and conditions of this guarantee apply after the statutory period covered by the UK Distance Selling Regulations has expired
If you are unhappy with the goods for any other reason, then a refund will be issued, but a 15% restocking charge may apply.
Goods that are returned for replacement at any time do not incur a restocking charge, nor are charges levied for the dispatch of replacement items unless advised when your RAN number is issued
