When you place your order, instructions are e-mailed to you on how to keep track of your order online.

These are further clarifications of what you can do.

In order to track your parcel, you will need to login using the “My Account” or “login” links to the right of the screen.

You will need the details you used whilst creating your order.

If you have forgotten these details, use either of the links as above and then press the “Forgot your password?” link - this will then initiate an automatic e-mail which will send you your login information.

Once logged in, click the “Review previous orders” link and select the order number required for the following options:

1. Click on the order number to review the order items and cost breakdown.

2. View the “Status” Message for a quick view of what is happening in regards to your order - this will normally say either :

A. “Received - in process” which means your order has been received, but a shipping date has not yet been allocated for the order.

B. “Shipped” - this means your order has been allocated a shipping date and either will be dispatched on that date, or was dispatched on that date depending on the circumstance.

C. “Completed” - this means your order has been shipped, delivered, and the 16 day money back guarantee has expired.

D. “Refunded” - this means that one or more of the items from the order has been refunded as requested.

Any custom messages in relation to your order will also be displayed.

3. Click on the “YES” link under the “Track” column to read and send messages in relation to this order - all orders have a dispatch message e-mailed to you which include the expiry date of the 16 day money back guarantee.


Also it gives you the ability to send questions and queries regarding your order in a manner that means that all correspondence in relation to the order is held in one place.
