1. No personal information relating to the customer will be passed onto any third party, except as may required by law or by the use by Sportzwear.com in tracing debtors.

2. A specific provision is made that your e-mail address will not be made available to any third parties - however, we may contact you with details of promotions and offers by third parties/associated companies that we consider are worthy of your time if you have signed up for the mailing list either during the checkout process or via the sign-up process - you may at any time withdraw your name from this mailing list by using the link to the self service form to your right - manual requests to remove from the list will not be actioned as the automated process sends a confirmation e-mail (double opt in system) to prove you have subscribed/unsubsribed
