What is the Sportzwear affiliate program? Our affiliate program allows you to place a link to our products, or our site, on your web site. By doing this, visitors to your site have the knowledge, that if they follow the Sportzwear links, and subsequently purchase products from our site, then we pay you a commission for each sale.

What does it cost? Nothing. Becoming a Sportzwear affiliate is free, and you will make money, with very little effort, as we take the orders and handle all payments. You just put the appropriate links on your site, and wait for the commissions to start coming in.

How do I join? First, please read and accept our Affiliate agreement terms, then complete the online application form. After you have completed your form, you will be sent an automatic Email, with information on how to get started.

How does the program work? Every time a customer comes via your site to ours, and makes a purchase, you earn a commission. In every month that you have earned more than £20, you will be paid by BACS or cheque, depending what payment method you selected when you first registered. This is all done automatically by our shopping cart software vp-asp.

Must I have a website? Yes. We will only accept applications from existing web sites. We also reserve the right to refuse membership if a web site contains inappropriate material

How do I change my account information? Once we have approved you as an affiliate, you will have access to our affiliate area, where you can modify your details. Don’t worry if you forget your password. As long as you have your last name and your Email address, you can request an automatic Email telling you your password.

Setting up my Site

How do I create links? When you have been approved, you will be sent an Email with detailed information, on what you need to do.

Where should I place the links on my site? That is up to you, but the more prominent they are, the more chance there is of your visitors clicking through to us, and ultimately earning money for you.

Can I use your content on my site? Yes, but we advise that you update regularly, as our stock is constantly changing

How do I know how much commission I’ve earned? Through our affiliate interface at http://www.sportzwear.com/shopping/shopaffadmin.asp , you can quickly retrieve reports on total sales, individual orders, and how many people have clicked through from your site to ours.

What about returns? If a customer returns a product to us for a refund, or if credit card /paypal charges are reversed due to a dispute, or fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. However, this happens very rarely, as we operate a very strict process for deferring card payments until we have thoroughly checked their validity, and very few products are returned, due to our unique selling point of providing up to 4 REAL measurements on most of our products.

How will you know that orders have come via our site? As long as you set up the links correctly, as we instruct you, then these links contain an identifier, unique to you, that our shopping cart software automatically uses to credit you when a purchase is made.

How and when do I get paid? You select either BACS transfer or payment by cheque, when you first sign up. Payments are made on or around the 28th of the following month.
